Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Preferably a background in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmacology OR experience in marketing AI / biomedical / pharma (Ideally preclinical) businesses.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and digital sales tools.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support lead generation and outreach to biotech, pharma, and investors.
  • Design and implement content strategies (LinkedIn, digital campaigns, conference materials).
  • Build and strengthen brand awareness across Europe, the US, and globally.
  • Coordinate with scientific and business teams to ensure clear messaging.
  • Represent Cortex Discovery at biotech and pharma events.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to refine strategy and improve visibility.
  • Contribute creative ideas to grow Cortex Discovery's global presence.
