Job Description
  • Leading the Administration Department: Manage a team of 13-15 people, providing support to colleagues through telephone, written, and in-person interactions.
  • Motivating and Developing the Team: Set development plans, hold one-to-one meetings, and ensure effective team collaboration and customer focus.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage, monitor, document, and measure administrative tasks, ensuring quality improvement and effective processes.
  • Supporting Professional Processes: Assist with premium registration, proposal evaluation, contract management, and forms management.
  • Reporting and Liaising: Report to the operational manager and maintain day-to-day liaison with partner departments.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of team leadership experience, preferably in finance, insurance, legal, customer service, or sales.
  • Education: BSc Degree.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate English language skills.
  • Skills: Confident office skills, good knowledge of Pivot table, outstanding accuracy, independence, proactivity, and determination.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, effective conflict management, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
