  • Requesting, coordinating and monitoring quote and orders for existing projects. Partnering with Quote and Order Entry, Quote Fulfilment and Order Mgmt teams to ensure quotes and orders are correctly entered, including specific project references.
  • Run daily reports to ensure order values in our ERP systems match the contract value of the projects. Balance the orders and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Update the NUS Project Tool with important order details and required follow-up actions with key milestone dates.
  • Strive to reduce quote cycles and provide timely quote feedback to our requestors.
  • Provide regular feedback to the associated NUS PM, alerting them to specific concerns or delays
