Polish speaking Customer Support Representative

Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Budapest, Hungary Work model: hybrid, after initial 3 weeks of office training Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner within agreed response timesMaintain strong technical knowledge of client's products and services to offer accurate supportConsult product manuals and internal resources to provide appropriate solutions to customer queriesIdentify situations that require escalation and transfer them to the relevant department or senior staff memberAccurately log all customer interactions in line with company proceduresManage and update all relevant administrative tasks and recordsHandle customer correspondence as required, ensuring all communication is clear and well-documentedOrganize daily workflow and data input to ensure information accuracy and completenessParticipate in ongoing performance monitoring and reviews based on call quality and customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fliuent in Polish both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level)High school diploma or an equivalentPrior experience in customer service is preferred, or a strong aptitude for working in a customer-facing environmentGood organizational and time-management skillsConfident typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 words per minuteBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay calm and composed under pressure or in challenging situationsSelf-motivated, capable of working independently, and confident in making decisions when necessaryWillingness to escalate complex queries appropriately and collaborate with the wider team.
