  • Monitor order status and resolve issues to prevent delays

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years order management/operations experience, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Negotiation-level English language skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
  • Flexibility in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for case management
