Your Responsibilities

  • Main Job Tasks:
  • Provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers via email, phone, chat, and case management tools.
  • Interface with customers and internal parties.
  • Handle inquiries, order management, complaint handling, and delivery coordination.
  • Assist sales functions across EMEA and external customers with product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and contract issues.
  • Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
  • Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's goals and philosophy.
