IT Project Manager: Strategic Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our projects with strategic vision and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and control projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in web/mobile application development.
  • Technical background in software development or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Experience in customer relations management, requirement management, change management, and estimation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
