Strategic Sales Development Manager

Join our team at ISG International Executive Consulting Kft. as a Strategic Sales Development Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, business acumen, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Consolidation and Coordination: Oversee and streamline projects within the sales domain to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identifying Strategic Sales Patterns: Interpretation of sales performance with the help of provided reports, preparing comprehensive summaries, while highlighting future business opportunities.
- Impactful Presentations: Preparing presentations matching the level of stakeholders in terms of content as well as visually and presenting it with a high level of buy-in.
- Strategic KPI Evaluation and Trend Analysis: Assess and interpret monthly and weekly sales KPIs, identifying underlying trends and driving factors.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing sales process efficiency and recommend strategic improvements.
- Executive Proposals and Product Development: Distill insights into executive summaries for senior management, providing actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional Representation: Act as the sales representative in regular and ad-hoc meetings, fostering collaboration with local and regional teams and colleagues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Leads and delegate sales-related topics, projects, and tasks to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry innovations and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to maintain competitive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in sales/key account management/business consultation preferably gained at retail or FMCG multinationals.
- Skills: Business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hungarian & English), able to prioritize, manage workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams, excellent networking skills, strong attention to details, and competent in MS Office, advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
