Service Desk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming contacts from clients through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to resolve IT issues and queries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, application-related issues on users' machines using remote tools.
  • Identify and resolve issues on iOS and Android devices.
  • Determine and isolate the source of computer problems, including hardware, software, and user access issues.
  • Take ownership and responsibility of issues from start to successful resolution.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to experts when necessary to resolve them quickly.
  • Document resolutions for future reference.
  • Manage incident handling and escalation processes.
  • Meet KPI-related tasks to avoid business impact.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and adhere to service management principles.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Swedish, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Experience in Application support/Software development, IT Service Desk.
  • Understanding of SDLC, database technology, and OS components.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, Monitoring Tools, and CA Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong logical analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
