Job Description:
Getronics Global Service Centre Zrt. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Performance Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will support one or more Getronics Regions with a total of between 10 and 15 sales representatives to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales processes, analyze sales trends through central dashboards, and contribute to the achievement of sales quotas and targets.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Serving as the main point of contact for Sales Operations for the UK & NL
2. Onboarding new sales representatives with training on SaleForce.com, the Sales Incentive Plan, and other sales tools
3. Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of Pipeline KPIs & Data, coaching sales people when required
4. Supporting the Managing Director / Sales Director in achieving an accurate booking forecast
5. Ensuring the accuracy of SalesForce.com data in the region(s), including opportunity validation
6. Actively contributing to enhancing data quality and finding improvements in data-related processes
7. Assisting in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & "unlock easy" for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required
8. Identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth
9. Staying in sync with the finance department and integrating, analyzing, and evaluating sales performance based on predetermined metrics and central reports
10. Providing ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
2. Proven experience in Sales Operations (3 to 5 years)
3. Proven stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines consistently
5. Critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning
6. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and data visualization
7. Ability to perform Business Analysis
8. Excellent level of Excel usage
9. Experience on Incentive Compensation Management platform (Varicent, Xactly, SAP, Amalia, Beqom, or any other) would be a plus
10. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
11. Competency in other Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
12. Must be comfortable with developing relationships across all levels of the enterprise
13. Should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Fluent in English
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year
