Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical guidance and support to our customers, ensuring their success with Appsmith.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Act as a technical advisor, offering expert guidance on Appsmith's capabilities and features.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop proof-of-concept applications and custom solution designs to meet customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their evolving requirements and provide proactive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
