Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing extensive information and assistance
  • Execute order information and change requests, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Offer information about services and products, fostering strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and improve services
  • Handle formal quotes and complaints, applying problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery

Requirements
  • Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent
  • Customer-focused attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation-level English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Basic computer skills and results-oriented thinking

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Positive and empathetic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
