About the Position:

We are looking for German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to strengthen a growing IT Service Desk team. The role focuses on supporting international users, resolving first-level technical issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The position offers structured onboarding, long-term stability, and the opportunity to develop within a global organization.

The work schedule follows either a 24/7 or 12/5 model. Night and weekend shifts operate in 12-hour rotations (19:00-07:00 and 07:00-19:00). Employees typically complete two consecutive shifts followed by rest days in accordance with Hungarian labour regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for end users (Level 1 IT support).
  • Handling calls, emails and web-based queries related to IT incidents and service requests.
  • Recording all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate Level 2 teams.
  • Monitoring open cases and ensuring regular user updates.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction and adhering to internal quality standards.
  • Supporting ongoing process and service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken German, plus at least upper-intermediate English.
  • Previous customer service experience; IT Service Desk background is an advantage, not a requirement.
  • Minimum education: high school diploma.
  • Strong willingness to learn; no prior IT knowledge necessary due to comprehensive training.
  • Readiness to work in shift patterns (most shifts are 8 hours; night/weekend shifts 12 hours).
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility, responsibility and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Graduates are welcome, especially for 24/7 scheduling.
