And for that reason they are looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Administer and support messaging systems
    including M365, Office 365, and Teams across global regions.
  • Ensure service availability and security
    by following ITIL standards and meeting SLA/OLA commitments.
  • Monitor, patch, and optimize systems
    to maintain stable and efficient operations.
  • Handle incidents and problems
    by diagnosing issues, resolving them, and documenting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures
    to support messaging and collaboration environments.
  • Support IT projects
    related to messaging systems and lead initiatives when required.
  • Provide Level 3 user support and training
    , promoting online learning and improving user satisfaction.
  • Maintain data security and compliance
    , ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Collaborate across teams and cultures
    , fostering strong relationships within the company and partner organizations.
  • Continuously update technical skills
    and contribute to process improvements and innovation.

What you need to posess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting M365, O365, Sharepoint and Teams systems.
  • Excellent English skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with Azure cloud
  • Strong expertise in disaster recovery processes and handling.
  • Ability to detect IT system vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for business continuity.
  • Solid understanding of secure file sharing practices (e.g., OneDrive for Business, ooDrive).
