Német pénzügyi partnerünk határozatlan idejű projektjére keresünk új kollégát vállalaton belüli IT support feladatkörre német-magyar csapatba. Ha erősséged a kommunikáció - kiváltképp német nyelven - és szívesen résztvennél mindennapi üzemeltetési, valamint hibaelhárítási feladatokban ezt a lehetőséget neked találták ki.

Mik lesznek a feladataid?

  • Munkatársak támogatása informatikai és adminisztratív kérdésekben, valamint belső alkalmazások használatában.
  • Hibák és azok megoldásának dokumentálása ServiceNow rendszerben.
  • Útmutatók és megoldási javaslatok kidolgozása.
  • Együttműködés hardver- és szoftver beszállítókkal egyaránt.
  • Részvétel új rendszerek, termékek vagy alkalmazások bevezetésében.

Mire lesz szükséged a pozíció betöltéséhez?

  • Német nyelvtudás szóban és írásban C1 szinten, angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban B2 szinten.
  • Legalább 3 év releváns tapasztalat IT support vagy helpdesk területen.
  • Magabiztos, határozott kiállás, jó kommunikációs és együttműködési készség.
  • Microsoft Office alkalmazások, Windows környezet és ServiceNow magabiztos használata.
  • Évi 2-3 németországi utazás vállalása.
