What You'll Do
As a Security Screening Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our client's workforce. You will work closely with HR and Recruitment Teams, third-party suppliers, and prospective candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient screening process.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of the background screening programme
  • Issue and manage candidate correspondence throughout the pre-employment screening process
  • Review online application forms against CVs, monitor screening conducted by supplier
  • Assist with vetting process, acting as point of contact between third party vetting partner and prospective candidates
  • Conduct Telephone Screening Interviews where appropriate, asking probing questions potentially pertaining to sensitive situations
  • Audit compliance documentation once submitted and signed by prospective candidates
  • Work in partnership with third party suppliers to ensure all candidates are screened within agreed SLA's
  • Ensure all screening documentation is loaded onto internal filing systems
