A munkakörről

Ez a pozíció ideális, ha generalista szemlélettel rendelkezel adózási területen, és szeretnél egy kisebb, de erős szakmai csapat vezetőjeként stratégiai és operatív felelősséget is vállalni. A feladataid egyszerre érintik az ügyfélmunkák koordinációját, a csapat mentorálását és az üzletág fejlesztését. A munkád közvetlen hatással lesz az adótanácsadási üzletág növekedésére és szakmai színvonalára.

Feladataid lesznek

  • Adótanácsadási projektek szakmai és operatív irányítása
  • Írásos tanácsok, adókalkulációk, bevallások ellenőrzése, véleményezése
  • Junior és senior tanácsadók mentorálása, delegálása
  • Ügyféltárgyalások és online megbeszélések vezetése
  • Szakmai kutatómunka, jogszabályértelmezés, anyagok előkészítése
  • Belső tudásmegosztás, tréningeken való aktív részvétel
  • Üzletfejlesztési és termékfejlesztési kezdeményezések támogatása

Elvárások

  • Minimum 7 év adótanácsadási tapasztalat
  • Legalább 1 év vezetői tapasztalat (kisebb csapat irányításában)
  • Generalista adószakmai ismeretek (több adónem mély ismerete)
  • Kiváló delegálási és kommunikációs készség
  • Analitikus szemlélet, precizitás
  • Magabiztos szakmai angol nyelvtudás
