Join our dynamic and collaborative Controlling team, dedicated to delivering top-tier business partner services across Region Europe and Industrialized Asia (EA). We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and business-minded Regional Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on strategic decision-making.

Your tasks:

• Drive regional business planning, steering, and risk & opportunity management, with a strong focus on Eastern European countries
• Collaborate closely with local teams on monthly reporting (MBR) and forecasting processes
• Actively manage and set targets for Gross Margin and PCR (by BU/country) within the EA region
• Maintain and optimize standard reports and support ad-hoc reporting needs
• Participate in business case evaluations and feasibility calculations

• Serve as a link between the business and Controlling functions, offering guidance and interpretation

• Provide Controlling support to countries, ensuring alignment with central frameworks and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance / Controlling
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related field with a specialization in Controlling
• Strong analytical mindset, conceptual thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills
• High affinity for numbers, proactive and results-driven approach
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HFM, IBM PA, SAP Webi, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication skills; confident interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional Eastern European language is a plus
