Work Location: Remote

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop industrial clients in Eastern European countries, including automobile manufacturers, machinery factories, windpower companies, etc.
  • Targeted visits to potential customers (such as DENSO, GRUNDFOS, etc)
  • Develop a localized pricing strategy to adapt to local procurement habits
  • Channel construction Recruit and manage local agents (prioritize partners with industrial equipment distribution experience)
  • Order closed loop management Control the entire process from inquiry to payment collection (with special attention to local VAT tax compliance) 
  • Handling customer technical inquiries (requires collaboration with the Chinese technical team to resolve)

Hands on background:

  • Having over 3~5 years of successful experience in the sales of industrial products, especially bearings, mechanical components, automotive parts, electromechanical equipment, etc.
  • Must have sales experience in the Eastern European market
  • Successful cases of exploring new markets and building customer networks from scratch.
  • Experience in dealing with OEM customers and/or large distributors.

Language proficiency:

  • English: Fluent in business communication skills (written and spoken), able to effectively collaborate with the headquarter steam.(Essential)
  • One of the Eastern European Language: native language level, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.(Essential)
  • Other languages will be a plus.
