The Role
As an
Account Manager
, you'll be a key part of that partnership. You'll help turn business challenges into creative opportunities, guiding projects from the first spark of an idea to the moment they go out into the world.
You'll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams — clear-headed when things get complex, calm when timelines get tight, and always driven by a shared ambition to make great work.
This is a role for someone who loves creativity but also knows how to get things done — balancing inspiration with organisation, and empathy with accountability.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients — understanding their world, their challenges, and their ambitions.
- Lead projects from brief to delivery, keeping teams aligned, timelines smooth, and creative integrity intact.
- Shape and sharpen creative briefs that inspire ideas worth talking about.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and producers to bring big thinking to life across every channel — from film to social to digital platforms.
- Bring a strong understanding of the social and digital landscape — how audiences behave, how platforms evolve, and what makes content cut through.
- Keep a close eye on budgets and timing, ensuring that our best work is also delivered responsibly.
- Help create an environment where creativity can thrive — one built on trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency, managing campaigns across multiple channels.
- A genuine appreciation for creativity — not just as output, but as a process you help protect and nurture.
- Confidence in managing projects, people, and clients with empathy and good humour.
- A good grasp of how digital and social media shape modern communications.
- The ability to think clearly, communicate thoughtfully, and always stay solutions-focused.
- A collaborative spirit — someone who listens, connects dots, and keeps the energy positive and productive.
- Proficiency in English
is mandatory for consideration. - Proficiency in German (C2 level)
is a strong advantage. - Experience working within the
DACH region
is an asset.
