Your future tasks will be…

The main responsibility of the Contractual Service Specialist role is to ensure that maintenance service is properly purchased based on customer requirements.

On a daily basis:

  • Processing Maintenance and Manufacturer requests
  • Creation of service orders in SAP analogue and order processing in the manufacturer tool
  • Creation of suitable service quotes
  • Implementation and management of asset data in the manufacturer tool
  • Plausibility checks within the scope of maintenance and manufacturer services
  • Contribute to the achievement of the turnover target
  • Prompt handling of incidents from the Maintenance Helpdesk
  • Invoice clarification
  • Registration of different service levels according to the manufacturer's specifications
  • Invoice clarification
  • Supporting cross-divisional projects as SME (subject matter expert)

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have fluency in English and in German
  • You have experience in a relevant purchasing or administrative role in IT industry
  • You have very good experience in the use of MS Office applications, especially: Excel
  • You have strong organization skills and attention to details
  • You have high cost awareness
  • You have experience of working in virtual teams
  • You have strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to engage different level stakeholders.
