The Opportunity:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Operations Specialist to own and manage the entire employee lifecycle for our talented team in Hungary. You will be the cornerstone of our local HR function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while acting as the vital link between our Budapest team and our broader European HR shared services.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about building efficient processes and providing an exceptional employee experience.

Human Resource Generalist:

  • Handling documents related to establishing, modifying, and terminating employment relationships
  • Preparing HR reports and statistics for management
  • Liaising with payroll specialists, managing administrative systems
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting HR process development and projects

Our Ideal Candidate:

We welcome two distinct profiles that meet these core requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of Hungarian labor law, payroll, and social security requirements is essential.
  • Fluency in
    English
    is mandatory, Hungarian is a plus, and
    preferably those who have worked in a Chinese company.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
