We are looking for a proactive, dynamic
HR Executive
with a strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinking. Join our vibrant and growing team, and play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to the development and well-being of our colleagues across all hotel departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate various HR activities and programs to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and internal databases, including personal data, employment status, and benefits information
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, manage documentation systems, and maintain employee files in an organized and secure manner
  • Support payroll preparation by liaising with the external payroll provider, ensuring documentation is complete and answering payroll-related queries
  • Assist in recruitment processes when needed, including posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns; support the resolution of employee relations matters
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal HR practices, and industry-specific regulations
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and corporate events
  • Handle administrative matters related to interns, temporary workers, students, and agency staff
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written form; answer phone calls with proper etiquette

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR and labor administration
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • University degree in HR or related field and/or certified payroll and social security administrator qualification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
  • Coaching, advising, and influencing skills
  • Results-driven and solution-focused mindset
