Your 'day to day'- TOOLS Managing development tasks of CRM, website & digital tools. Proactively looking for new digital solutions that help further improve user experience, as well as our communications and services towards our consumers. Briefing developers, executing UAT and working closely together with 3rd party digital agencies, local IS team and global digital team.
- CONTENT Coordinating 3rd party creative and digital agencies to develop and implement relevant and informative digital content. Collaborating with other departments, cluster, global and other markets' digital and commercial teams.
- DEPLOYMENT Working closely with 3rd party suppliers, IS department, other commercial teams and field teams to ensure the proper execution of digital tools and content.
- REPORTING Analyzing the results of activities, as well as website and newsletter performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement. Calculating and proposing requirements for resources and/or other facilities, methods, tools, etc.
- BUDGET Prepare budget, follow-up and ensure proper planning, emphasizing cost efficiencies.
- SEO Work closely with a central SEO agency, central teams, and other commercial teams to further improve our website performance. Who we're looking for
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant digital experience (similar digital commercial position or digital customer care is an advantage)
- Experience in community management, executing UAT of digital assets, management or co-creation of development tasks, experience with CRM/website systems, content creation and management, customer program
- College/university degree; marketing or business field is an advantage
- Advanced English and Hungarian language skills
- Quick learner with very good communication and analytical skills
- Digitally savvy, big advantage if you already have experience in SEO, GA, CRM
- High collaboration spirit with a passion for the sharing/implementing best practices
- Detail-oriented and working proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
