  • Reporting to the Head of the B2C Unit, you'll collaborate across departments and with external partners to create and optimize propositions that attract and retain customers, enhancing their experience.



Required skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial management, preferably in Telecommunications or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and implementing growth strategies.
  • Strong background in developing value propositions to enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
