  • Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from quotation to cash collection for Retail Division products and services
  • Quotation Management: Perform accurate quotations using corporate tools, ensuring all turnkey project elements are managed
  • Product Configuration: Configure products in the company system and manage workflows to gather necessary information
  • Contract Management: Handle Retail Division contracts from order creation in SAP to contract completion
  • Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with Planning, Procurement, and customers
  • Shipping Process: Launch loading plans and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English or German or Italian
  • Open personality with a strong desire to learn
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
