We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive Jooble’s growth by generating leads, new business models, nurturing relationships, and expanding our customer base.
2+ years of experience working in the full-cycle sales process (with emphasis on cold sales); Polish proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher (spoken and written); Great background in lead generation; Knowledge of sales software like Snov.io, Outreach, and Sales Navigator; High level of communication, persuasion/argumentation, and presentation skills; High level of self-organization, discipline, strategy, and result orientation; Tech-savvy; Data-driven mindset.
