Job Overview

In a fast-paced, dynamic environment at Trenkwalder Kft, we are seeking an experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving IT issues for our partners across Europe, providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have fluent or native English and French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Self-motivation and a proactive attitude are essential in this role, as you will work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you should have excellent MS Office skills and be proficient in using ticketing tools for documentation and logging purposes.

We offer a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 per annum salary package, along with opportunities for professional development and language learning. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to IT support queries via various channels (phone, email, tools) from partners across Europe.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and calls using ticketing software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
