Recepciós / Front Desk Agent – Hotel Orion Várkert (Budapest, I. kerület)

Feladatok / Tasks:


• Vendégek fogadása, érkeztetése, utaztatása


• Foglalások, e-mailek és telefonok kezelése


• Kapcsolattartás a szálloda részlegeivel (housekeeping, reggeliztetés)


• Vendégkérések teljesítése, információadás (pl. transzferek szervezése)


• Számlázás, fizettetés, adminisztráció


• Bejárat, recepció és lobby rendben tartása

Elvárások / Requirements:

• Angol nyelvtudás (német előny)


• Vendégközpontú, barátságos, határozott fellépés


• Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség


• Rugalmasság a beosztásban (nappali és éjszakai műszak)


• Magabiztos számítógépes ismeretek (Previo PMS ismerete előnyt jelent)


• Social media felületek ismerete, kezelése


• Pályakezdők és turizmus-vendéglátás szakos diákok jelentkezését is örömmel fogadjuk.

Front Desk Agent – Hotel Orion Várkert (Budapest, District I)

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent At Hotel Orion Budapest, we believe in a supportive, family-like environment where colleagues help each other and share the same goal: providing every guest with the highest level of satisfaction.

If you enjoy working with people, have a friendly and positive personality and a can-do attitude, you'll fit right in with us.

Main Tasks:


• Welcoming and checking guests in and out


• Managing bookings, emails and phone calls


• Liaising with other hotel departments (housekeeping, breakfast team)


• Handling guest requests and providing information (e.g. organizing transfers)


• Billing, payments, and related administrative tasks


• Keeping the reception and lobby area tidy and welcoming

Requirements:


• "Yes, I can do it" attitude


• Confident English communication skills (German is an advantage)


• Guest-oriented, polite and professional behavior


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Flexibility for both day and night shifts


• Confident computer skills (Previo PMS knowledge is an advantage)


• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus


• Applications from tourism and hospitality students or career starters are also welcome.
