Key Account Manager

We're looking for a Key Account Manager for one of our partners, who is one of the largest and strongest food manufacturers in Europe, recognized by millions of customers all over the world. Their group consists of over 60 companies in 15 countries worldwide, and is a leading producer of surimi and fish products.
They've been successfully developing international food production, sales and logistics businesses for over 3 decades.
They are currently expanding their Budapest office and looking for experienced candidates in the following position:
Key Account Manager (HORECA channel)
Responsibilities
:
Full responsibility for customers acquisition, development and maintainanace, profitability:
- Specialized consultancy and support for existing clients, actions to expand the portfolio of clients and products purchased by the clients.
- Identifying new clients and increasing sales volume.
- Conducting field visits / week in the allocated area, managing a number of clients/month (shelves analitycs: prices, competitors, assortment).
- Price modeling for each partner for new SKU.
- Planning of promo activities.
- Applying sales policies and monitoring compliance with commercial terms regarding payment deadlines, payment methods, delivery conditions.
- Achieving the agreed individual sales plans.
- Communication on price increasment and on other questions.
Requirements
:
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales (FMCG preferred)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing business cases and sales forecasting
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills, customer focused approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, result driven approach.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
- Good English is a must (for reporting to head office)
