Job Title: Order Management Representative

Reports to: Team Leader, Customer Service                

Position Location: Budapest, Hungary

Position Summary:

Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest, the Customer Service team are responsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfilment phases. Order Management Representatives provide exceptional order management service, promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up all fax/written/web orders within the divisionâs guidelines, liaise with other functions (sales, warehouse, finance, customer facing teamâ¦etc) to resolve issues and ensure timely handling of requests with senior support if necessary

  • Initiate creation/modification of customer accounts in co-operation with data maintenance and quote maintenance teams

  • Follow up order process from order entry until order fulfilment including checking Hold stop codes on a regular basis

  • Become knowledgeable in the Customer Relationship Management systems

  • Adhere to company policies, operational regulation, and departmental training guidelines

  • Meet daily/weekly KPI metrics (order volume, accuracy targetâ¦etc)

  • Work on assignments/projects as part of a team on ad-hoc basis

Skills:

  • Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace

  • Have the ability to identify and solve problems and to multitask under tight deadlines

  • Possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively

  • Demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

  • Work on own initiative on daily routine tasks as well as solving system issues

  • Competent Microsoft Office user

Experience:

  • Relevant customer service experience is preferred in an SSC/multinational/office environment, but fresh grads are also welcome

  • Fluent English and at least Intermediate Spanish language knowledge

  • Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred but not essential

  • Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award. A Bachelorâs Degree is preferred but not essential, candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered.

Working Conditions:

This position requires repetitive typing and regular use of a computer plus multiple displays

Most of the other physical demands are typical with those associated with an office environment.
