In this role, you will contribute to the development of our Export business in Croatia/Serbia/Slovenia/BiH by strongly supporting the sales team in the fulfilment of their duties.
This is what you will do:
- Assist the export sales team with Customer inquiries
- Processing Customer orders and sample requests from order to delivery focusing on export deliveries
- Maintain a high level of Customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Follow up and secure the inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with Customers and Suppliers such as forwarders
- Collaborate with sales team to get high level of forecast accuracy
- Prepare documentation for Customer listings
- Participate in reporting
- Support the company's Sustainability journey through various activities
- Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to the development of our Export business in Croatia/Serbia/Slovenia/bih by strongly supporting the sales team in the fulfilment of their duties
Requirements to fill the post:
- Fluency in Croatian, Hungarian and English language
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or sales support
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving license is a plus
- Understanding the S&OP cycle and be aware of demand planning is an advantage
