Enterprise Desktop Support Specialist

Getronics Global Service Centre Zrt. offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Enterprise Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 2nd line support for a large German customer, focusing on Windows endpoint and mobile device management, MS Intune product family management, Citrix virtual workplace, and Microsoft 365 service components management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve incidents in addition to select standard requests, ensuring timely resolution and meeting SLA targets.
- Pattern Detection: Detect patterns in tickets indicating general issues or to trigger problem management, ensuring proactive resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Customer Communication: Update the customer and the ITSM ticket throughout the lifecycle of the issue, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Collaboration: Liaise with the 1st line Service Desk, other Getronics resolver groups, the customer, and vendors as needed, to resolve tickets efficiently.
- Compliance: Comply with relevant customer and Getronics policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of desktop support experience supporting Windows Client Operating System, Active Directory Group Policy management, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, desktop/laptop technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
