Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cognizant Technology Solutions Hungary Kft. as an Account Service Expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through various communication channels, providing timely and effective resolution to their queries and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution.
- Meet and exceed customer service level goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Partner with internal teams to drive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide critical feedback on product improvements and customer experience.
- Promote client products and services through consultative discussions, training, and evaluations.
Requirements
- College degree or relevant work experience.
- 1+ years of subscription or sales support experience, including account maintenance, billing, and administration.
- Professional-level proficiency in German and English.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate with various audiences.
- Ability to review, understand, and resolve complex issues.
- Composure in critical situations and clear communication with internal and external customers.
- Collaboration with peers across the organization.
- Clear and concise communication of complex or technical issues.
- High attention to detail and adaptability in uncertain situations.
- Basic understanding of SaaS.
