We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented S/4HANA Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through various channels, collaborating with development and operations teams, and utilizing knowledge databases to provide accurate and timely solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a relevant field and equivalent professional experience will be considered. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to capture and analyze complex problem descriptions, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.

The role will involve working with a global team, utilizing diverse technologies, and mastering SAP products. The selected candidate will be required to work on weekend and evening shifts, as scheduled. The successful candidate will be expected to share knowledge and expertise with the team, create content for technical knowledge databases, and develop supportability and analysis tools for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve customer incidents using knowledge databases and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters.
  • Report errors and identify possible resolution to development support.
  • Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
  • Provide Mission Critical Support on weekend and evening shifts as scheduled.
  • Share knowledge within a global team.
  • Create content for and maintain the technical knowledge databases.
  • Create check tools and workarounds for customers' issues.
  • Create supportability and analysis tools for customer use.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical support background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • English communication skills (oral and written).

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, software engineering).
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
