  • Contact guests and resolve their calls, requests, or problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and enter information into software.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in training and motivating employees.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
