Strategic Office Coordinator

At Egon Zehnder, we're looking for a highly skilled Strategic Office Coordinator to join our team in Budapest. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of administrative and project management responsibilities, making it an ideal fit for individuals with strong organizational talent and a passion for delivering results.
The successful candidate will work closely with our consultants, providing seamless support throughout the lifecycle of each engagement. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and compliance requirements. As a relationship builder, you'll foster connections and coordinate the efforts of team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and crises, and devising contingency plans accordingly. Your ability to work independently and reliably, while staying well-coordinated on critical items, is essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, management assistant functions, and calendar scheduling and travel management. You'll also have a strong ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable interacting with senior executives at our clients.
