Enterprise Sales Strategist

As a seasoned Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Southeast Europe. Reporting to Randstad Hungary Kft., you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and fostering a culture of excellence within the company.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.
As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND EXPAND OUR CUSTOMER BASE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
To succeed as an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will need:
- A degree in a technical or chemical engineering field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of technical goods sales experience, with a strong track record of sales growth and achievement
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- A Type B driving license
- The ability to travel frequently, with a willingness to relocate to Hungary
