About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Cash and Reward Manager to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our Global Strategic Finance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Benchmarking and Planning: Conduct external cash benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to set improvement goals.
  • Free Cash Flow Strategic Planning: Develop a 3-year Free Cash Flow strategic plan in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Cash Performance Analysis and Recommendations: Provide insightful analysis on cash performance drivers to Executives and Board members, offering recommendations for action.
  • Cash Planning and Target-Setting: Establish and manage an efficient annual cash planning and target-setting process.
  • Cash Forecasting Training and Incentive Plan Design: Deliver cash forecasting training to enhance market/supply forecasting accuracy and partner with the Reward team to design incentive plans, set targets, and secure alignment from relevant committees.
  • Team Management and Guidance: Manage a small team and provide guidance to junior members.
Your Background and Skills
  • Professional Qualifications: A professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) with 7-10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Proven experience in communicating and influencing at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • FMCG Sector Experience: Experience within the FMCG sector, particularly in a commercial finance role, is highly advantageous.
  • Business English and Language Skills: Excellent business English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Financial/Management Reporting Processes: Understanding of financial/management reporting processes.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Group Reporting/consolidation tools (e.g., BFC).
  • Cash Forecasting/Management Experience: Experience with cash forecasting/management is desirable.
  • Leadership, Teamwork, and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
