Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Advisor to join our Hungarian Sales team. As a key member of our sales and partnership growth team, you will play a vital role in developing relationships with our existing partners and generating new leads for future collaborations.

Responsibilities
  • Developing relationships with existing partners and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Generating new leads and initiating business partnerships with potential clients
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Recruitment, and Education teams to facilitate successful matches between partners and Codecoolers
  • Managing partner meetings and contracting processes, including organizing demo-days
  • Providing exceptional client support and follow-up services
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Negotiation and sales expertise
  • Experience working with business development tools
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 60,000-80,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
