**About the Role:**

This internship involves ensuring excellent customer experience through employment-related data changes and documentation. You'll be working closely with employees to provide end-to-end customer care, answering queries and delivering service through a ticketing system.

As a customer-focused professional, you'll be guiding employees through their onboarding, lifecycle, and offboarding moments, advising them on less complex HR matters and completing administrative tasks in our internal systems.

You'll need to understand employee questions and issues, advise them professionally, and handle their queries in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll create documents that support country-specific legal regulations.

**What We Offer:**

• Gross hourly wage: 2000 Ft (approximately $6.50 USD)

• Monthly gross: 20,000 Ft (approximately $65 USD)

**Requirements:**

  • Active ongoing college/university enrollment
  • Availability for at least 25 hours per week
  • Fully professional German and English language knowledge (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication, consistently delivering high-quality customer service in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with different deadlines and complexity
  • Sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in Hungary (we do not sponsor Visa/work permits); successful applicants must be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under Hungarian laws
