Job Overview
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and actively participating in internal quality assurance processes. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective technical support to resolve software issues, minimizing downtime for our users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve software issues efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by empathetically addressing user inquiries and concerns
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related problems collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Conduct regular quality assessments of our applications to identify and report bugs, glitches, or usability issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolution
- Suggest improvements in our IT support processes and tools
Requirements
