We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking customer support specialist to join our team at a global IT services leader.

Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to enhancing customer experience. As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email, meeting service level goals, and actively seeking product improvements and bug identification.
You will respond to stakeholders through email and chat, ensure adherence to process guidelines, stay updated on process knowledge, and follow security practices. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge sharing, organizational activities, and align personal goals with the team.
