Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking Service Desk Representative to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Hungary Kft. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving IT issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support: Resolve IT issues of our clients, act as the first point of contact for the customer, and delegate problems that cannot be resolved on first level to the competent Level 2 teams.
  • Customer Communication: Handle end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone, and email, and keep the user informed, own, and follow-up ongoing cases.
  • Documentation and Administration: Log calls on the ticketing tool and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Advanced or native in Polish language and in English.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experienced in any customer service, with experience gained in IT Help Desk.
  • Soft Skills: Willing-to-learn attitude, customer-focus mindset, excellent communication skills, flexible, multitasking, dynamic personality, and team player attitude.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Logical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
