Job Description
The IT Service Desk Specialist plays a crucial role in providing high-quality information, managing service requests, resolving incidents, and ensuring efficient end-user support in alignment with ITIL practices. The Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain system security, contribute to IT project teams, and enhance overall user satisfaction.
Provide Level-1 support: log, resolve, and escalate user requestsAssist end-users remotely with technical issues and standard hardwareMaintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems Implement preventive measures for IT service availability and user satisfactionUpdate the knowledge base, produce performance reportsImprove user satisfactionJob RequirementsDegree in ITITIL certification3 years of IT support experience (incident resolution, and reporting)Experience with Service Management ToolsKnowledge of MS Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2016, and Active DirectorySkills in mobile device support (iOS & Android)Strong communication, coordination and problemsolving skillsFluent in English
