A Munkád Sora- A beérkező ügyfélmegkeresések fogadása, igények feldolgozása.
- Folyamatos kapcsolattartás ügyfeleiddel telefonon, e-mail útján, online meetingeken keresztül és alkalom adtán személyesen is.
- Az egyeztetések dokumentálása a vállalatirányítási rendszerünkben.
- Végig kell kísérned a gyártási folyamatot az ügyféligény beérkezésétől a szállításig.
- Az árajánlatot nem te fogod elkészíteni, van erre a feladatra kalkulációs csoportunk.
- A termék konstrukcióját ugyan nem neked kell megtervezni, de fontos, hogy értsd és átlásd, hogy mit küldesz ki a partnerek számára.
- Esetleges reklamáció esetén szoros együttműködés a Minőségbiztosítási csoporttal.
- Összekötő szereped lesz az ügyfelek és a nyomda között.
Legyél TE a kapocs belföldi ügyfeleink és a Keskeny Nyomda között. Várjuk jelentkezésed, ha:
- Szereztél már gyakorlatot ügyfélkezelésben.
- Elfogadod, hogy ez a munkakör a kommunikáció mellett sok adminisztrációval is jár.
- A meglévő ügyfeleinkkel való kapcsolattartás mellett, szívesen kutatnál fel új lehetőségeket, partnereket.
- Készen állsz menedzselni projekteket.
- Nyitott vagy és szeretnéd is megismerni a nyomdaipar rejtelmeit.
- Ügyfélkezelésben szerzett minimum 2 éves tapasztalat.
Egy mentort, aki ott lesz melletted, nem hagy elveszni a sok új információban. A HR támogatását abban, hogy minél komfortosabban érkezz meg az új munkahelyedre és átlásd a helyi sajátosságokat. Betanulási időszakban a nyomda összes területével megismerkedhetsz és minden szükséges tudást átadnak kollégáink neked ami szükséges a munkádhoz.
