The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving IT issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing tools
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call logs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of both English and German languages (fluent or intermediate level)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in using ticketing tools
