Job Title: Pre-sales Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pre-sales Engineer to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our resellers and clients in the implementation of IBM's artificial intelligence platform, WatsonAI, and enterprise chatbots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to partners, including configuration, POC support, and training on setting up their own lab environments.
  • Offer client-side support, including pre-sales support, technical presentations, and client architectural planning.
  • Assist with post-sales support, including client training, managing support access, and maintaining a knowledge base.

Requirements:
  • Excellent software skills and experience in IT solutions.
  • Good team player with strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
  • English business fluent.
  • Advantageous knowledge of Python programming, database programming, and data visualization.
