Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch IT support to users via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues on desktop, applications, iOS, and Android devices using remote tools.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or user access issues, taking full ownership until successful resolution.
  • Collaborate with experts to escalate complex cases and ensure quick, efficient resolutions.
  • Document solutions and maintain accurate records for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Manage incidents with an eye on preventing impact on business operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring users receive high-quality assistance that adheres to service management principles.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and adapt to ad-hoc tasks that enhance service delivery or boost key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Fluent Swedish speaker with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience with L1-L2 support, remote troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, and understanding of SDLC, databases, and OS components.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Strong team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
