We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a German Speaking Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues to customers via email, chat, and telephone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality customer support in German language
  • Ticket management and prioritization
  • Proactive approach to service improvement
  • Delegation of complex issues to Level 2 and Level 3 teams
Requirements:
  • Confident communication skills in German language
  • 0.5 year of experience in Customer Service or IT helpdesk-related role
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Excellent soft skills and customer-focused mindset
